I Can Use A Dryer Sheet For What?

Bobbi Pack (Jan. 28, 2014) Did you know you can use your dryer sheets for much more than making your clothes smell good while they dry? You don’t have to purchase the really expensive dryer sheets, the $1.00 ones will work just fine. I found 100 dryer sheets in a box at the dollar store for $.50 per box…wow now that is thrifty.

Here are some great uses for dryer sheets.

~ Use in your bathroom, you can cut your cleaning time in half. Using a dryer sheet will make bathroom mirrors and fixtures sparkle as the sheet cuts right through bathtub scum.

~ Use to get sticky dust right off furniture, blinds and baseboards.

~ Cleans your stove tops and greasy cabinets quickly.

~ Soak paint brushes with warm water and a dryer sheet. You will watch the paint come right off.

~ Clean dead bugs right off your car without scratching the paint.

~ Wipes pet hair off furniture and clothing and make them smell good in the process.

~ Run a dryer sheet over thread before sewing to keep tangles away.

~ Place a few drier sheets in a jar outside on your patio table while you enjoy meals and keep mosquitoes away.

~ Place a dryer sheet in your heating and cooling vents for a fresh clean smell every time they turn on.

~ Place dryer sheets under your sheets in your bed and every time you move in bed you will smell a fresh scent.

~ Take a dryer sheet and use it to clean out your dryer vent.

~ Place a dryer sheet in the trashcans around your home and a fresh scent will keep the yucky trash smell away.

~ Place a dryer sheet in your suitcase when you travel to keep your clothes smelling fresh and clean.

~ Rub a dryer sheet down the back of your four-legged family members to help with shedding and keep their fur smelling clean.
